放顶煤工作面以孔代巷抽采管路连接方式优化研究

  • 摘要: 为解决放顶煤工作面生产期间上隅角瓦斯治理难题,提出采用大直径钻孔代替联络巷的方法抽采放顶煤工作面上隅角的瓦斯,通过fluent软件模拟腾晖煤业2-105放顶煤工作面自然情况下采空区瓦斯浓度分布规律及不同管路连接方式对采空区瓦斯浓度分布规律的影响。确定合理的抽采管路连接方式。
    模拟结果表明:横向大直径钻孔可代替联络巷治理高瓦斯放顶煤工作面上隅角瓦斯问题,当抽采管路采用双孔双管路的连接方式时,上隅角的瓦斯体积分数为0.25%瓦斯抽采效果最好。现场应用结果表明:1~6组大直径钻孔抽采纯量可达到的最大值分别为1.05、1.11、1.03、1.06、1.08、1.04m3/min,满足霍州煤电集团腾晖煤业有限责任公司对上隅角瓦斯治理的预期要求,大直径钻孔抽采过程中上隅角瓦斯浓度均在可控范围内。上隅角瓦斯体积分数为0.32%~0.74%,当钻孔距离工作面20~25m时。处于大直径钻孔对上隅角控制的薄弱时期,上隅角的瓦斯体积分数达到的最大值为0.74%.“以孔代巷”抽采技术可有效解决高瓦斯放顶煤工作面存在的瓦斯治理难题。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of gas management in upper corner of caving coal face during production,a method of replacing connecting roadway with large diameter drilling hole is proposed to extract gas in the corner of caving coal face.Fluent software is used to simulate the distribution rule of gas concentration in goaf under natural conditions and the influence of different pipeline connection methods on the distribution rule of gas concentration in goaf of No.2-105 top coal caving face of Tenghui Coal Industry,so as to determine the reasonable connection mode of extraction pipeline.The simulation results show that the large diameter horizontal drilling can replace the contact roadway to control the gas problem in the corner of the working face of the top coal caving with high gas content.The gas concentration in the upper corner is 0.25% when the drainage pipe is connected with double hole and double pipe,and the gas drainage effect is the best.The field application results show that the maximum value of extraction purity of 1~6 groups of large-diameter boreholes is 1.05,1.11,1.03,1.06,1.08 and 1.04 m3/min,respectively,which meet the expected requirements of tenghui Coal Industry on gas management in upper corner.In the process of large diameter drilling,the gas concentration in the upper corner is all within controllable range.The gas concentration in the upper corner is 0.32%~0.74%.When the drilling is 20~25 m away from the working face,the gas concentration in the upper corner is in the weak period of controlling the upper corner by large diameter drilling.The technique of "replacing the roadway with the hole" can effectively solve the difficult problem of gas management in high gas caving coal face.
