中梁山南矿井煤自燃标志气体及指标体系研究

Study on Symbol Gas and Index System of Coal Spontaneous Combustion in Zhongliangshan South Mine .

  • 摘要: 根据中梁山南矿井k1煤层煤样程序升温试验结果分析,CO出现的温度最低(77℃),因此选取CO作为该矿煤自然发火的标志性气体。针对CO标志气体检测温度范围较宽、受风流和煤炭极缓慢氧化的影响,提出综合采用CO气体绝对生成量指标和R2指标(CO增加量与氧气减少量的比值),建立早期预测煤自然发火的指标体系,并建议将R2指标达到0.4%~0.5%时作为自然发火预警值。

     

    Abstract: According to the analysis on the results of the programming temperature rising test with the coal samples from k1 seam in Zhongliangshan South Mine, t he lowest temperature of CO occurred was 77 °C.Therefore, CO was selected as the symbol gas of the spontaneous combustion in the mine .According to the wide test t emperature scope of the CO symbol gas and the influence by the air flow and the coal ultra slow oxidization, the absolute generation quantity index of CO gas and R2 i ndex (the ratio between CO increased value and oxygen reduced value) were provided to establish the index system for the early prediction of coal spontaneous combu stion.The R2 index when reached 0.4%0.5% was proposed to be the early warning value of the spontaneous combustion.
