特厚煤层采空区下综放开采顶板岩层破断规律

Study on Laws of Roof Strata Fracture of Fully Mechanized Caving Mining Under Goaf in Ultra Thick Seam

  • 摘要: 为了研究平朔矿区9号煤层受4号煤层采动影响后顶板岩层破断规律及其特征,通过对9号煤层工作面支架工作阻力和受采动影响后的4号煤层底板裂隙发育情况进行观测分析,研究了采空区下特厚煤层综放工作面的矿压规律,分析了9号煤层顶板破坏程度及其对矿压的影响。结果表明:工作面顶板中存在中粗砂岩及砂质泥岩2层主要岩层,砂质泥岩层来压步距为9.8~24.0 m,平均为17.7 m,中粗砂岩层来压步距为12.0~34.4 m,平均为22.6 m,动载系数1.43~1.62,平均1.56,中粗砂岩层运动规律为来压步距较大、来压步距受裂隙发育影响较大,采空区下方特厚煤层顶板破坏以纵向裂隙发育为主。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the law of roof rock breaking and its main characteristics of the No.9 coal of Pingshuo mine in the effect of the No.4 dynamic pressure, with observation analysising the No.9 mining face working resistance of hydraulic support and the fracture development of floor in the effect of the No.4 dynamic pressu re, researched on the mining law of fully-mechanized caving face in ultra thick coal seam under goaf and analysised the roof damage of No.9 coal and effect on the roc k pressure.The study results showed that there were two mine stratas, grit and sandy mudstone included in mining face roof. The weighting step of the sandy mudstone was 9.8 ~ 24.0 m, with an average of 17.7 m.The weighting step of the grit is 12 ~ 34.4 m, with an average of 22.6 m.The dynamic load coefficient was 1.43 ~ 1.62, with an average of 1.56.The weighting step of the grit were larger and the weighting step were effected easily by fracture.The longitudinal fissure is the main destruction of t he roof of the ultra thick coal seam under the goaf.
