厚硬顶板巷道稳定性影响因素及强帮支护研究

Study on factors affected to stability of gateway with thick-hard roof and strong sidewall support

  • 摘要: 为提高掘进效率需合理设计厚硬顶板巷道支护方式,以晋城矿区厚硬K2灰岩顶板下方15号煤层工作面回风巷道为例,采用数值计算的方法对影响坚硬顶板巷道稳定性的主要因素及支护技术进行了研究。结果表明:随着坚硬顶板强度及厚度的增大,巷道顶板变形及塑性分布范围逐渐减小;随着两帮支护强度的增大,两帮变形及塑性分布范围明显减小,并可在一定程度上减小顶板变形;在采动影响围岩应力二次重新分布作用下,特厚坚硬顶板始终处于弹性状态,即无卸压区,支护对于顶板围岩变形量影响极小;顶板无支护、同时采用强帮支护方案能够有效控制厚硬顶板巷道稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the driving efficiency with the rational designed support method of thick and hard roof gateway, with the air return gateway of No. 15 seam coal mining face under thick and hard K2 limestone roof in Jincheng Mining Area as an example, a numerical calculation method was applied to the study on main factors affected to stability of hard roof gateway and support technology. The result showed that the hardness and thickness of hard roof increased, the roof deformation and plastic distribution scope of the gateway would be steadily decreased. With the support strength of two sidewalls increased, the deformation and plastic distribution scope of the two sidewalls would be obviously decreased and the roof deformation would be reduced in a certain degree. Under the second redistribution role of the mining influenced stress, the ultra thick and hard roof would always be in an elastic status, there was no pressure released zone and the support would have a less influence to the deformation of the roof and surrounding rock. Under the non support of the roof, the strong sidewall support plan could effectively control the stability of the thick and hard roof gateway.
