选煤厂设备健康信任度判别方法研究与实践

摘要: 针对选煤厂设备故障模式先验未知的不利条件,提出选煤厂设备健康信任度判别方法。根据选煤厂设备滚筒轴座测量采样的振动数据建立时间序列,选取设备正常运行特征参数作为正常工作的模态集,建立基于模态的健康信任度预报方法,其中,特征参数的选择主要是依据频率贴近度。通过对滚筒轴座测量的振动数据进行训练,建立最优模态集,再利用该模态集对滚筒轴座的其他振动测量数据进行判断,从而判断滚筒轴座是否偏离正常工作状态,得出设备健康信任度的判别依据。将选煤厂设备健康信任度判别方法应用于兴隆庄煤矿选煤厂设备监测中,监测结果表明,该方法可区分正常与故障2种状态,并具有运算量适中的特点。Abstract: According to the priori unknown unfavorable condition of the equipment fault mode applied in the coal preparation plant, the discriminance method of the health trust for the equipment applied in the coal preparation plant was provided. According to the time sequence established by the vibration data from the measureme nt and sampling of the drum bearing seats in the coal preparation plant, the normal operation features of the equipment were selected as the modal set of the normal w orking and a prediction method of the health trust degree was established based on the modal. Among them, the selection of the feature parameters was mainly in the li ght of the frequency closeness degree. With the training conducted on the vibration data measured from the drum shaft seats, an optimal modal set was established an d was applied to make the judgement on the other vibration measured data of the drum shaft seats. Then the optimal modal set could be applied to judge the drum shaft seats whether out off the normal working status and to have the discriminance basis of the equipment health trust degree. The discriminance method of the equipment h ealth trust degree applied in the coal preparation plant was applied to the monitoring and measuring of the equipment applied in the Xinglongzhuang Coal Preparation P lant and the results showed that the method could distinguish the normal and fault status and could have the suitable calculation features.
