柴家沟煤矿井下火区治理与启封决策

Decision on Underground Fire Zone Control and Unsealing in Chaijiagou Mine

  • 摘要: 针对柴家沟煤矿ZF42105工作面易发生自燃的现状,首先采取封闭火区、均压和注氮措施,使得ZF42105工作面煤自燃得到有效抑制;然后基于束管监测数据分析了封闭前后火区的燃烧状况,并采取了进一步的注胶灭火方案,使得工作面CO超限得到有效治理。实施注胶方案后,依据气体组分比率判断了火区不存在复燃环境,结合《煤矿安全规程》实现了火区安全启封。

     

    Abstract: According to the spontaneous combustion status occurred in ZF42105 Coal Mining Face in Chaijiagou Mine, the fire zone sealing, constant pressure and nitrogen injection measures were firstly conducted and the coal spontaneous combustion in ZF42105 Coal Mining Face was effectively controlled.Based on the beam tu b monitoring and measuring data, the combustion status before and after the fire zone sealed were analyzed.A further glue injection fire distinguishing plan was conduct ed and the CO over limit of the coal mining face was effectively controlled.After the glue injection plan conducted, with the gas component ratio, there was no re-combu stion environment existed in the fire zone as judged and according to Mine Safety Regulations, the fire zone sealing was safely opened.
