深部矿井钙质页岩吸水特性试验研究

Experiment Research on Water Absorption Features of Calcareous Shale in Deep Mine

  • 摘要: 为研究深部矿井巷道围岩受水影响的作用特性,利用自主设计的深部矿井软岩吸附水测试装置,对大强煤矿的钙质页岩分别进行了有压和无压吸水试验,研究了岩石在不同条件下的吸水特性。结果表明:钙质页岩有压和无压吸水量随时间的变化曲线均可用幂函数进行拟合;双对数坐标中,有压吸水特征曲线呈直线型,而无压吸水特征曲线则呈上凸或下凹型。最后,通过对岩样矿物组成、微观结构等物理化学性质参数的分析,得出了岩石有压吸水过程中的初期吸水速率受孔隙的影响较大,黏土矿物含量较小而有效孔隙较大的岩石吸水量较大,岩石的无压吸水量与岩石中所含黏土矿物的含量与离子交换容量呈正相关性。

     

    Abstract: In order to study features of interaction between surrounding rock and water the self designed water absorption test device of the soft rock in deep mine, the pressurized and no pressurized water absorption experiments were individually conducted on the calcareous shale from the Daqiang Mine and the water absorption features of the calcareous rock under the different conditions were studied. The results showed that the pressurized and no pressurized water absorption values of the calcareous shale with the time variation curve could be ftted with the power function. In the double logarithmic coordinates, the pressurized water absorption feature cu rve would be in a linear and the no pressurized water absorption feature curve would be convex on the top and concave on the low. In final, with the analysis on the min eral composition of the rock sample, the micro structure and other physical and chemical property parameters, the initial water absorption rate in the pressurized water absorption process of the rock was highly influenced by the pores, the rock with a low clay mineral content and with large effective pores would have a high water absor ption value and the no pressurized water absorption value of the rock would have a positive correlation with the clay mineral content and the ion exchange value of the rock.
