综采工作面液压系统乳化液泄漏故障监测试验
Experiment on Monitoring and Measuring of Emulsion Leakage Fault in Hydraulic Power System of Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face

摘要: 为实现对综采工作面液压系统乳化液泄漏状态的实时监测,进行了乳化液压力与泄漏故障关系的试验,得到了正常用液与发生泄漏2种状态下压力曲线的不同变化规律。根据2种情况下压力曲线的差异,通过BP神经网络来识别液压系统的工作状态,利用MATLAB工具箱进行仿真识别研究,仿真结果和预期效果完全吻合。以漳村煤矿2303综采工作面乳化液泵站的监测为实例,通过PLC处理单元与远程监控系统对液压系统的工作状态进行实时判断,现场的应用效果良好,提高了工作面液压系统工作的可靠性。Abstract: In order to realize the real-time monitoring and measuring the leakage of the emulsion liquid in the hydraulic system of the fully mechanized coal mining face, a test of the relations between the emulsion liquid pressure and the leakage fault was conducted and the different variation laws of the pressure curves under the normal liquid and two leakage status were obtained.According to the difference of the pressure curves under the two different conditions, with the BP neural network ap plied to distinguish the operation status of the hydraulic system, the MATLAB toolbox was applied to the study on the simulation distinguishment and the simulation resu lts and the predicted effect could be fully fitting. Taking the monitoring and measuring of the emulsion liquid pump station in No.2303 fully mechanized coal mining face 0 f Zhangcun Mine as a case, the PLC processing unit and the remote monitoring and measuring system were applied to the real-time distinguishment on the operation C onditions of the hydraulic system.The site applied effect was excellent and the reliability of the hydraulic system in the coal mining face was improved.
