煤矿区煤层气产业化发展现状与前景

Present Status and Outlook of Coal Bed Methane Industrial Development in Coal Mine Area

  • 摘要: 总结了中国近年来煤矿区煤层气排放、抽采、利用现状及清洁发展机制(CDM)项目进展。由于中国煤层气地质条件具有板块构造复杂;煤体结构破坏严重,渗透率普遍偏低;储层非均质性强;高煤阶煤和低煤阶煤占主导等特殊性,决定了中国煤层气产业化发展必须走煤层气与煤炭协调开发的道路,且应实行煤层气地面开发与井下抽采相结合的煤层气资源开发利用。通过与美国对比,指出中国70%以上煤田不适合地面大规模煤层气开发,而应结合井下采矿工程进度,采取地面井下相结合,地面预采、采动开采和井下抽采多种方式进行开发。最后分析了煤矿区煤层气开发与地面煤层气开发相比具有的优势和面临的困难,指出在国家激励政策的推动下,随着国家科技重大专项关键技术的研发和示范工程验证推广,煤矿区煤层气产业化进程必将得以加快。

     

    Abstract: The paper summarized the present status of the coal bed methane drainage, extraction and utilization and the progress of the clean development mecha nism project in China coal mine in recent years.Due to the geological condition of the coal bed methane in China was complicated in the plate tectonics, the coal structu re was seriously destroyed and the permeability was commonly low, the non-homogeneity of the deposit was strong, the high rank and low rank coal were taking the ma in position and other specialty, thus the coal bed methane industrial development in China shall be along the road of the coal bed methane and coal coordinative develo pment.In addition, the coal bed methane resources development and utilization policy in combination with the coal bed methane surface development and the undergro und mine drainage should be implemented.In comparison with the USA, over 70% of the coalfields in China would not be suitable to have a large scale coal bed methan e development at surface, but in according to the underground mining project schedule, the surface and underground mine combination, the surface pre-mining, underg round mining and underground drainage multi modes could be applied for the coal bed methane development.Finally the paper analyzed the advantages and faced diffif culties in comparison with the coal bed methane development and the surface coal bed methane development in China coal mines and pointed out the coal bed methan e industralization progress of the coal mine would be speeded up under the promotion of the national encouraging policies, with the key technology development and d emo project verification and promotion of the state science and technology important projects.
