高压射流式水煤浆的制备与应用

Preparation and Application of High Pressure Water Jet Type Coal Water Slurry

  • 摘要: 为提高水煤浆浆体稳定性,基于煤炭颗粒的微观孔洞和裂隙理论,提出了高压射流式水煤浆制浆工艺。射流式水煤浆制浆工艺技术具有以下优点:①适应制浆的煤种广泛;②水煤浆中平均煤炭颗粒度可控性好;③制浆过程中分散剂用量少,且不需使用稳定剂;④水煤浆稳定性好;⑤与传统水煤浆相比,同煤种同浓度的水煤浆其黏度较低,在同煤种相同水煤浆黏度下,可制备出更高浓度的水煤浆;⑥改善了煤种与添加剂的配伍关系;⑦与传统水煤浆制浆工艺相比,射流式水煤浆制浆工艺节能20%;⑧适合长时间仓储或长距离输送。经存放试验及燃烧验证,高压射流式水煤浆细化装置及其成套设备生产的射流式水煤浆在存放2年后未产生硬性沉淀,且燃烧稳定,灰烬呈灰白色,无结焦现象,应用效果良好。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the slurry stability of the coal water slurry, based on the micro porosity and crack theory of the coal particle, a high pressure water jet type preparation technique of coal water slurry was provided.The water jet type prepared technique of the coal water slurry would have the following advantages:①Mo re different coal suitable for the preparation of the coal water slurry;②Well controlled average particle size of coal in coal water slurry;③Less dispersant applied to the slurry preparation and no stabilizer was applied;④A good stability of the coal water slurry;⑤In comparison with the traditional coal water slurry, the coal water slurry wi th same type coal and same density would have a low viscosity.With the same type coal and same viscosity, a coal water slurry with a higher density could be prepared; ⑥A matched relationship between the coal type and the additive improved;⑦In comparison with the traditional preparation technique of the coal water slurry, the water jet type preparation technique of the coal water slurry with energy saving of 20%;⑧ItOs suitable for long time storage and long distance transportation.The storage exp eriment and the combustion showed that the water jet type coal water slurry prepared with the coal water slurry refining device and the completed set equipment would have no consolidated settlement after two year storage and the combustion was stable.The combustion ash was grey and no slagging phenomenon occurred.The applic ation effect was excellent.
