近直立特厚煤层水平分段开采围岩应力变化规律

Surrounding rock stress evolution law of sectional mining in nearly vertical ultra thick seam

  • 摘要: 基于近直立特厚煤层水平分段开采过程中发生的强矿压显现问题,笔者通过现场实测、力学分析与数值模拟计算的方法研究了其围岩运动特征及矿压显现应力演化规律。研究表明:近直立特厚煤层水平分段开采围岩运动受采掘扰动影响较大,主要集中在开采水平及以下范围;水平应力是影响围岩运动与矿压显现的主要因素,在开采水平及以下范围出现了应力集中现象,水平应力呈类似"马鞍"形分布,主要影响范围为开采水平往下延深0~50 m,峰值位置位于开采往下30 m左右,应力集中系数达到了1.55,上覆采空区围岩破坏形态为近直立的半圆拱形。研究结果在一定程度上解释了现场在开采水平与下一水平多次发生的强底鼓等矿压显现现象。

     

    Abstract: Based on a high mine strata pressure behavior problem occurred in the horizontal sectional mining process of the near vertical ultra thick seam,the site mea surement,mechanics analysis and numerical simulation calculation method were applied to the study on the surrounding rock movement features and the mine strata behav ior stress evolution law. The study showed that the surrounding rock movement of the horizontal sectional mining in the near vertical ultra thick seam was highly influenced by the mining and driving interferences and the main concentrations were in the mining level and the level below scope. The horizontal stress was the main factor affected t 0 the surrounding rock movement and the mine strata pressure behavior. The stress concentration phenomenon was occurred in the mining level and the level below scop e. The horizontal stress was in a similar " saddle" type distribution,the main influence scope was within 0 ~ 50 m below the mining level and the peak location was at about 30 m below the mining level. When the stress concentration coefficient was 1. 55,the failure type of the surrounding rock in the overburden goaf was a near vertical semi-ci rcular arch. The study results in a certain degree explained the strong floor heave and mine strata pressure behavior phenomenon occurred in the mining level and the bell ow level.
