综采工作面沿空掘巷围岩控制技术

Surrounding rock control technology of gateway driven along goaf in fully-mechanized coal mining face

  • 摘要: 针对谢桥煤矿13218综采工作面沿空掘巷工程地质条件,为揭示窄煤柱沿空巷道在整个服务期内不同阶段覆岩结构运移形态的差异性,利用掘巷期间巷道顶板岩梁承载支点形成的覆岩大结构,能确保沿空巷道自身稳定和回采期间该覆岩结构使顶板不会失稳垮落的特点,采用FLAC3D模拟软件,对沿空巷道不同阶段覆岩应力分布、围岩变形特征、支护体受力进行模拟研究,并对其支护参数进行优化。结果表明:与原支护方案相比,采用大延伸率高强螺纹钢锚杆和小孔径锚索顶板补强、锚网护帮、底角锚杆防底鼓等支护技术,沿空巷道围岩塑性区范围由2.5 m缩至1.4 m,顶板下沉量由620mm减至430 mm。优化后的支护方案使得围岩释能让压,确保了窄煤柱沿空巷道在掘巷及回采期间围岩变形可控。

     

    Abstract: According to the engineering geological condition of gateway driven along goaf in No. 13218 fully- mechanized coal mining face of Xieqiao Mine,in order to reveal the migration status and difference of overburden strata structures above gateway driven along goaf with narrow coal pillars at different stage of whole service perio d,during gateway driven period,the overburden large structure formed by load support point of roof rock beam above gateway could ensure the self stability of gateway alon g goaf. During coal mining period,the overburden structure would not have stability lost and falling features. The FLAC3 Dsimulation software was applied to simulation on overburden stress distribution,surrounding rock deformation features and support mass stressed at different stage of gateway along the goaf. The optimization was conduct ed on different support parameters. The results showed that in comparison with previous support plan,with the applications of large extension rate and high strength thread steel bolt and small diameter anchor for roof reinforcement,bolt 1 steel mesh sidewall protection,floor corner bolt to prevent floor heave and other support technology,the pl astic zone scope of the surrounding rock in the gateway along the goaf was reduced from2.5m to 1. 4 m and the roof subsidence value was reduced from 620 mm to 430 mm. The optimized support plan could make the energy released and pressure yielded of surrounding rock and could ensure surrounding rock deformation controllable duri ng the driving of the dynamic pressure gateway with narrow coal pillars along the goaf and during the coal mining period.
