煤粉空气分级燃烧过程中NO_x排放特性试验研究

  • 摘要: 为了进一步改进空气分级燃烧技术及降低煤粉工业锅炉NOx的排放,在自建一维滴管炉系统中进行了煤粉空气分级燃烧和空气不分级燃烧2种试验,探究了过量空气系数、主燃区温度以及二次风比例对NOx排放规律的影响。试验结果表明:空气不分级燃烧时,过量空气系数相同,NOx排放浓度随着主燃区温度的升高而增大;主燃区温度相同,NOx排放浓度随着空气过量系数的增大而增大。空气分级燃烧时,二次风比例相同,随着主燃区温度的升高,NOx排放浓度先升高后降低;主燃区温度相同时,随着二次风比例的降低,NOx排放浓度先降低后升高,当二次风比例为0.56时,NOx排放浓度最低,煤粉的燃尽率最高可达到98.14%,且与空气不分级燃烧相比,NOx的脱除率高达80%。
