水煤浆气化黑水处理絮凝剂的选择与优化

Selection and optimization of flocculant for black water treatment from coal water slurry gasification

  • 摘要: 基于大唐呼伦贝尔化肥有限公司水煤浆气化黑水处理水质较差,系统管线、换热器结垢等问题制约气化装置长周期稳定运行的问题,介绍了褐煤水煤浆气化装置生产运行情况,阐述了褐煤水煤浆气化黑水处理工艺流程及絮凝机理,研究了黑水处理时有机高分子絮凝剂的选择与优化过程。结果表明,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺类絮凝剂对褐煤水煤浆气化黑水有较好的处理效果,在絮凝剂添加量为0.8 mg/L时,黑水浊度指标小于30 NTU,悬浮物质量浓度小于30 mg/L,悬浮物指标满足生产要求,确保了气化装置的长周期稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: Based on the problems of poor water quality of black water from coal water slurry gasification, system pipelines and heat exchanger scaling and others t 0 control gasification device long-term stable operation in Datang Hulunbuir Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd., the author introduced the operation of lignite gasification devic e, described the black water treatment process and the flocculation mechanism, and studied the selection and optimization process of organic polymer flocculant.The re sults showed that there was a good better effect for cation polyacrylamide to treat black waster water. When the mass density of cation polyacrylamid added for 0.8 mg/ L, the balck water turbidity index was less than 30 NTU, suspended matter index was less than 30 mg/L, which met the requirements of operation conditions, and could ensure the long period operation of gasification device.
