镐齿安装角和半锥角随截深变化规律研究

Study on Installation Angle of Pick Cutter and Half Cone Angle Variation Law with Cutting Depth

  • 摘要: 针对目前采煤机滚筒叶片上采用同一型号截齿、相同安装角布置导致的不同截深处截齿受力不同的问题,参照Evans.I镐型截齿破煤模型的建立过程,结合煤岩开采的实际情况,在综合考虑煤岩压酥效应、煤壁倾角及截齿安装角的基础上,通过对破煤过程的力学分析建立了数学模型,并对该模型进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明:截深在0~1.1 m,半锥角随截深增加呈线性减小趋势,安装角呈非线性减小趋势,其变化范围、变化趋势与煤层的地质条件有一定关系。该研究对不同截深处截齿的安装布置提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: According to the problems of different stressed cutter in different cutting depth occurred from the identical type cutter and same installed angle layout ap plied to the present vane of the cutting drums for the coal shearers, in references to the establishment process of the Evans.I coal cutting model with the pick cutters, in combination with the actual conditions of the coal and rock mining, based on the comprehensive consideration of the coal and rock pressed effect, coal wall inclination and the cutter installed angle, with the mechanics analysis of the coal cutting process, a mathematic model was established and a simulation study was conducted on th e model. The simulation results showed that within the cutting depth ranging from 01.1 m, with the cutting depth increased, the half cone angle would be in linear ina re duced tendency and the installed angle would be in noninear in a reduced tendency. The variation scope and the variation tendency would have a certain relationship wi th the seam geological condition.The study would provide theoretical basis to the layout of the cutter installation at different cutting depth.
