Practice of rapid repair and treatment technology of highway in Huangyuchuan Coal Mine subsidence area

  • 摘要: 公路建设提高了矿区及周边地市的出行速度与出行质量,对于受采煤沉陷影响的公路治理,常采用封路且标准化路面重建、局部封路标准化修复、快凝材料快速修复、预制板机械吊装快速修复等方法进行道路的重建或修复;该类工艺存在或因修复路段过长而增加建设费用,或因无法适应地表剧烈移动变形、或无法避免工作面二次采动影响、或造价高、或封闭且重建道路周期长等特点,不适用于煤矿采煤沉陷区。为解决路面移动变形大、范围广、多次扰动的采煤沉陷损坏问题,以黄玉川煤矿西青线公路为背景,首先对工作面开采后地表移动变形进行计算分析,基于路面与地表的移动变形数值差异,结合当地路面移动变形损害阈值、路面抗采动能力等,建立了西青线路面移动变形与地表移动变形的关系方程;其次依据路面损坏分区判别准则对西青线路面损坏进行了分区;然后开展了各分区的路面快速维修技术工艺研究与实践。研究及工程应用表明:结合地表与路面的移动变形关系方程,将路面损坏分为一般裂缝区与非连续型裂缝区;轻微变形裂缝区域路面采用灌封处理,剧烈变形非连续型裂缝区域采用六角形混凝土砖及其附属工艺进行路面快速修复处理,地表移动变形稳定后再进行标准沥青路面的重铺。

     

    Abstract: Highway construction has improved the travel speed and quality of mining area and surrounding cities. For the treatment of highways affected by coal mining subsidence,reconstruction of standardized road surface with road closure,standardized repair of local road closure,fast-setting materials rapid repair,and prefabricated board machinery are often used. Such kinds of technologies are not suitable for coal mining subsidence area because of the excessive length of the repaired section,the increased construction cost,the inability to adapt to the severe surface movement and deformation,the inability to avoid the influence of the second mining of the working face,the high cost,or the closed road and the long period of road reconstruction. In order to solve the problem of coal mining subsidence and damage by large movement and deformation,wide range and multiple disturbances of the road surface,taking the Xiqing highway of Huangyuchuan Coal Mine as the background,firstly,surface movement and deformation of the working face after mining was calculated and analyzed. Based on the numerical difference between road surface and surface movement and deformation,combined with the local pavement movement deformation damage threshold,the pavement anti-mining ability,the relationship equation between the Xiqing road surface movement deformation and the surface movement deformation was established. Then,the research and practice of the rapid pavement maintenance technology and practice in each district were carried out. Research and engineering application show that road damage can be divided into general crack zone and discontinuous crack zone based on the relationship equation of movement and deformation between surface and road. The pavement in the slightly deformed crack area is treated with potting,and the severely deformed discontinuous crack area is treated with hexagonal concrete bricks and its auxiliary processes and then the standard asphalt pavement is resurfaced after the surface movement and deformation are stabilized.
