D型聚能爆破管在沿空留巷中应用研究

Study on application of D-type energy gathering blasting tube on gob-side entry retaining

  • 摘要: 为了得到D型聚能爆破管合理的爆破参数,结合云煤一矿22204运输巷沿空留巷的条件,对影响预裂爆破效果的影响因素,包括装药量、封孔长度、装药结构以及爆破孔间距等,进行了井下爆破试验,提出采用隔孔爆破的方式,利用非爆破导向孔联结相邻爆破孔的裂缝,并采用井下钻孔窥视技术对爆破效果进行监测,最终确定了云煤一矿沿空留巷中合理的预裂爆破参数,在切顶卸压孔深度9m,孔径48mm,爆破孔倾斜角度为15°条件下,爆破孔单孔装药量不低于450g/m,封孔长度不低于2m,采用隔孔爆破方式,两爆破孔间距不大于800mm,对于同类条件下矿井聚能预裂爆破参数的选择有一定的工程参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain reasonable blasting parameters for D-type energy gathering tube, combined with conditions of the roadway along the No.22204 entry of No.1 coal mine of Yunmei, the influencing factors affecting the pre-splitting blasting effect, including the charge amount, sealing length, charging structure and the blasting hole spacing, etc. were studied and the down-hole blasting test was carried out,. An interval blasting method was put forward,and the non-blasting holes were used to connect the cracks in adjacent blasting holes, and the borehole observation technology was used to monitor the blasting effect. Finally, the reasonable pre-splitting blasting parameters of D-type energy gathering tube were determined in gob-side entry retaining of No.1 coal mine of Yunmei. The single hole charge of the blasting hole is 9 m in depth,48 mm in hole diameter and 15 degree inclination, the charge quantity of single hole is advised no less than 450 g/m, the length of sealing hole should not be less than 2 m and the interval space between two blasting holes is no more than 800 mm. It has a certain engineering reference value for for the selection of the pre-splitting blasting parameters under the same conditions.
