冲击地压能量分布主控因素数值模拟研究

Study on Numerical Simulation of Main Control Factors for Energy Distribution of Mine Pressure Bump

  • 摘要: 基于开挖掘进时煤岩体易积蓄能够引发冲击地压的弹性能,其能量的积蓄与开挖时间及空间状况因素密切相关。为明确开挖工程时对影响弹性能积蓄的因素及主次关系,以城山煤矿"7·16"冲击地压事故为实例,分析确定了开挖时间、煤层上方采空区、顶板强度3个因素对于弹性能积蓄的影响,并利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对能量进行计算和提取,得到了不同因素对于弹性能分布的影响程度。结果表明:以上3个因素均会对煤岩体中弹性能的积蓄产生影响,各因素对于能量分布的影响程度由大到小依次为煤层上方采空区、顶板强度、开挖时间,因此断定煤层上方采空区为该矿此次事故发生的主控因素。

     

    Abstract: Based on the excavation and heading period, the elastic energy accumulated in the coal and rock masses would initiate mine pressure bump and the acc umulated energy value would be related to the excavation time and space. In order to define the factors and the primary and secondary relation affected to the elastic e nergy accumulation during the engineering excavation, taking the“7.16"Mine Pressure Bump Accident occurred in Chengshan Mine as a case, the paper analyzed and studied the three factors of the excavation time, the goaf above seam and the roof strength affected to the elastic energy accumulation. With the energy calculation and extraction, the FLAC3D was applied to obtain different factors affected the elastic energy distribution. The results showed that the above three factors all would affect th e elastic energy accumulation in the coal and rock masses. According to the influence degree of the energy distribution by each factor, the sequence from high to low W ould be the goaf above coal seam, the roof strength and the excavation time, the goaf above coal seam were the main control factor of the occurred accident.
