岩巷掘进连续运输系统设计及应用

Design and Application of Continuous Transportation System in Mine Rock Roadway Heading

  • 摘要: 针对岩巷掘进中运输环节多、矿车周转率低、作业人员多、掘进速率低等问题,石屏一矿设计并应用了岩巷掘进连续运输系统,即分别在矿井一、二采区及边界设计施工400 m斜长的3条专用运矸上山,同时在岩巷入口点对应运矸上山平面位置施工垂深平均约50 m的溜矸眼,通过在岩巷内安设带式输送机,直接将矸石通过溜矸眼自溜至专用运矸上山内安设的带式输送机上,再通过带式输送机下运至各采区下车场,利用矿车将矸石运至地面。岩巷掘进连续运输系统的应用简化了运输环节,岩巷月单进尺同期相比提高65 m,增幅达65%,运输事故同期相比减少8起,降幅达53%,采区提升运输人员每小班同期相比减少12人,人均工资同期相比平均提高约700元,增幅达20%。

     

    Abstract: According to many transportation links in a mine rock roadway heading, a low circulation rate of the mine cars, many operation personnel, a low heading rate and other problems, a continuous transportation system of the mine rock roadway heading was designed and applied in Shiping No.1 Mine. Thus three special was te transportation rise with a inclined length of 400 m individually was designed and constructed in No. 1 and No. 2 mining blocks and the mine boundary. The waste pas s with a vertical depth of 50 m in average was constructed at the entrance of the mine rock roadway and correspondence to the plane layout of the waste rise. With a b elt conveyor set in the mine rock roadway, the waste could be passed to the belt conveyor set in the special waste transportation rise with the waste pass and then wast e would be transported by the belt conveyor to the car park of each mining block. Finally, mine cars would transport the waste to the mine surface. The application of th e continuous transportation system for the mine rock roadway heading simplified the transportation links. The month advancing rate of the mine rock roadway was incre ased by 65 m in comparison with the same period and was increased by 65%. The transportation accidents was reduced by 8 accidents in comparison with the same pe riod and was reduced by 53%. The personnel structure were optimized, each shift of the hoisting and transportation personnel in a mining block was reduced by 12 pers ons in comparison with the same period. The average salary was increased about RMB 700 in comparison with the same period and was increased by 20%.
