Optimization of Throw Blasting-Shovel and Truck Technical Operation Line Distance in Surface Mine

  • 摘要: 为保证哈尔乌素露天煤矿抛掷爆破-单斗卡车工艺工作线长度的经济合理性,对原工作线长度进行优化调整。通过建立关系曲线的方法,研究了抛掷爆破-单斗卡车工艺工作线长度与生产剥采比之间的关系。研究表明:抛掷爆破-单斗卡车工艺工作线长度越长,生产剥采比越小,且无限趋近于1.86 m3/t。根据总剥离费用与抛掷爆破-单斗卡车工艺工作线长度之间的函数关系,建立数学模型,分析结果表明:当抛掷爆破-单斗卡车工艺工作线长度取极小值1.4 km时,总剥离费用最小。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure a distance economic rationality of the throw blasting- shovel and truck technical operation line in Haer Wusu Surface Mine, an optimiz ed adjustment was conducted on the distance of the previous operation line. A method to establish the relationship curve was applied to study the relationship between the distance of the throw blasting- shovel and truck operation line and the production striping ratio. The study showed that the longer distance of the throw blasting- sho vel and truck operation line would be and the lower of the production stripping ratio would be. The endless would close to 1. 86 m3/ t in tendency. According to the funct ion relationship between the total stripping cost and the distance of the throw blasting- shovel and truck operation line, a mathematics model was established and the C alculation and analysis were conducted. The results showed that when a minimum value of 1.4 km was accepted as the distance of the throw blasting- shovel and truck technical operation line, the total stripping cost would be the minimum.
