  • 摘要: 针对济宁三号煤矿63下04辅助运输巷(南)沿空掘巷过程中有害气体超限问题,通过分析有害气体来源和涌出通道,并采用均压、堵漏等方法有效封堵了涌出通道,采用监测监控方法动态监测现场情况并检验治理效果。通过一系列方案实施,掘进巷道内有害气体一氧化碳体积分数从120×10-6降至10×10-6以下,瓦斯体积分数从0.80%降至0.02%,二氧化碳体积分数从0.60%降至0.04%。气体监测结果表明,此方法有效治理了沿空掘巷气体超限问题,保证了掘进工作面安全快速掘进。

     

    Abstract: According to the harmful gas content over limit problem occurred during the No.63low04 auxiliary gateway driving along goaf, with the analysis applied to find the harmful gas sources and the gas emission channel, the constant pressure, leakage sealing and other method was applied to effectively seal the gas emission channel and the monitoring and control method was applied to dynamically monitor and measure the site condition and to check the control effect.With a series of the al ternatives conducted, the harmful gas carbon monoxide volume fraction in the gateway driving was reduced from 120x10-6 to 10 x10-6, the gas volume fraction was re duced from 0.80% to 0.02% and the carbon dioxide volume fraction was reduced from 0.60% to 0.04%.The gas variations showed that the method could effectively cont rol the gas content over limit problem of the gateway driving along goaf and could ensure the safety and rapid driving of the driving working face.
