Optimized Study on Coal Pillar Width of Fully- Mechanized Coal Face in Medium Thick Seam with Shallow Depth

  • 摘要: 为在矿井安全高效开采条件下提高采出率,在分析矿井地质资料的基础上,采用数值模拟、理论分析和现场观测的手段,对浅埋深中厚煤层工作面煤柱宽度进行优化。分析可知,随着煤柱宽度的不断增加,工作面巷道变形量、煤柱变形量及煤柱应力逐渐减小,当煤柱宽度为16 m时巷道及煤柱基本稳定,变形量较小。工作面留设16 m煤柱回采过程中对工作面支架工作阻力和巷道变形量进行观测分析,结果表明:工作面支架平均工作阻力仅为其额定工作阻力的70%,巷道煤柱侧变形量最大值为153 mm,在节约煤炭资源的基础上保证了工作面安全高效回采。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the coal mining rate under the mine safety mining and high efficient conditions, based on the analysis on the mine geological informa tion, the numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and site observation means were applied to optimize the coal pillar width of the coal mining face in medium thick sea m with shallow depth. The analysis showed that with the coal pillar width continuously increased, the gateway deformation value, coal pillar deformation value and coal pillar stress in the coal mining face would be steadily decreased. When the coal pillar width was 16 m, the gateway and the coal pillar would be stable basically and the deformation value would be small. During the mining process of the coal mining face with the 16 m wide coal pillar, an observation analysis was conducted on the worki ng resistance of the powered supports applied in the coal mining face and the gateway deformation value. The results showed that the average working resistance of th e powered support applied in the coal mining face was only 70% of the rated working resistance, the max value of the lateral deformation in the coal pillar of the gatewa y was 153 mm and the safety and high efficient mining of the coal mining face could be ensured based on the coal resources highly caved.
