浅埋煤层房柱式采空区顶板-煤柱稳定性研究

摘要: 为了降低房柱式采空区煤柱失稳引发顶板灾害的危险性,通过建立浅埋煤层房柱式采空区单个煤柱失效引发大面积垮落的数值模型,对房柱采空区煤柱的承载特征进行分析,得到了房柱式采空区煤柱尺寸对整个采空区稳定性的影响关系。基于房柱式采空区煤柱应力与强度的关系,建立了浅埋煤层房柱式采空区顶板-煤柱群系统数学分析模型,借助数值模拟方法,对鄂尔多斯地区奎乌煤矿房柱式采空区顶板-煤柱群系统的稳定性进行迭代计算,可对该矿房柱式采空区的稳定性及破坏发展过程进行预测,为浅埋煤层房柱式采空区顶板-煤柱群系统稳定性的评价提供了理论支持,同时再现了在流变条件下诱发大面积顶板灾害的煤柱群失稳过程。Abstract: In order to reduce roof disaster dangers caused by the coal pillar stability lost in the room and pillar mining goaf, a numerical model of large area roof fal ling caused by the coal pillar stability lost in the room and pillar mining goaf was established and was applied to the analysis on the loading features of the coal pillars i n the room and pillar mining goaf. A dimension relationship of the coal pillar in the room and pillar mining goaf affected to the stability of the completed mining goaf was obtained. Based on the relationship between the pillar stress and strength in the room and pillar mining goaf, a numerical analysis model of the roof-coal pillar group sy stem was established in the room and pillar mining goaf in a shallow depth seam. A numerical simulation method was applied to the iterative calculation on the stability of the roof-coal pillar group system in the room and pillar mining goaf in Kuiwu Mine of Ordos Area. A prediction could be conducted on the stability and failure develop ment process of the room and pillar mining goaf in the mine, and a theoretical support could be provided to the evaluation on the stability of the roof-coal pillar group sy stem in the room and pillar mining goaf in a shallow depth seam.Meanwhile under the rheology condition, a coal pillar group stability lost process to cause large area ro of disaster could be reappeared.
