基于井上下联合抽采的三区联动瓦斯综合治理模式

Three region linkage comprehensive gas control model based on ground and underground gas joint drainage

  • 摘要: 为解决近距离突出煤层群开采过程中瓦斯超限及煤与瓦斯突出隐患,通过建立瓦斯治理的时空坐标系,系统分析井上、井下抽采技术的时空分布特征及其约束条件,进而揭示煤炭开采三区的井上下联合抽采的时空转换机制;基于沙曲矿近距离煤层群开采特点,在规划区大范围采用三类地面井,实现煤层气的规模化预抽,在开拓区和生产区首次实施了多分支水平井与千米钻孔定向对接高效抽采、大孔径定向长钻孔立体式抽采等关键技术,通过井上、下抽采方法优选集成,结合煤层气综合利用,形成了沙曲瓦斯综合治理模式与配套技术体系。经过实践验证,推行“沙曲模式”可实现采掘工作面瓦斯零超限,基本消除各煤层突出危险性,保证矿井安全高效生产,结合瓦斯综合利用可产生显著经济和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of gas outburst and coal and gas outburst in the process of mining close coal seams with outburst risk,through establishing a space-time coordinate system for gas prevention and systematic analyzing the temporal and spatial distribution of ground and underground gas drainage technology and its constraint condition,then temporal and spatial conversion mechanism of ground and underground combined drainage in coal mining three districts was revealed.Based on close-distance multi-seams mining characters in Shaqu coal mine,three types of ground wells were widely used in the planning area to achieve large-scale CBM pre-drainage,directional docking drainage technology of Multi-branch horizontal wells and kilometer drilling-holes,and large-aperture directional long drilling-holes drainage technology were implemented firstly in development and production districts.With ground and underground drainage methods’ optimizing and integrating,combined CBM utilization technology,comprehensive gas control mode and its supporting technology system of Shaqu coal mine were formed.After practice engineering verification,the implementation of “Shaqu mode” could realize zero over-limitation of gas in work faces,basically eliminate the outburst danger of coal seams,which ensure the safe and efficient production of mines,and its application with CBM comprehensive utilization to generate significant economic and social benefits.
