浅埋煤层无墙体沿空留巷及切顶组合支架试验研究

Experimental study on non-pillar gob-side entry retaining and roof-cutting combination support in shallow buried coal seams

  • 摘要: 针对浅埋煤层无墙体沿空留巷围岩稳定问题,重点分析了基本顶沿巷旁支护体断裂后顶板结构失稳特征,得出了留巷顶板沿巷旁支护体侧切断并垮落后,留巷所需的支护阻力迅速减少。基于此种基本顶断裂位态,提出了无墙体沿空留巷切顶组合支架巷旁支护技术,结合在给定载荷、给定变形、采空区矸石侧压和底板比压等条件,对切顶组合支架的切顶阻力、支架可缩量及抗侧压能力等分别给予计算并进行校核,并在老母坡煤矿3101试验工作面进行工程验证。结果表明:在留巷工作面后方90 m以外,稳定后巷道两帮移近量为243 mm,顶板下沉量225 mm,移近速度不超过1 mm/d,证明巷旁切顶组合支架配合单体支柱能够在顶板回转切顶过程中提供足够的工作阻力,在类似条件下实施无墙体沿空留巷技术是可行的。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problems of surrounding rock support in non-pillar gob-side entry retaining under multiple coal seams, racture instability characteristics of 1 ateral roof along the gob-rib support are studied.The paper induced that lateral roof were cut along the roadway, support resistance reduced quickly; based on this conc lusion, the design of entry-side roof-cutting support was discussed. The resistance, shrink and lateral gangue pressure of roof-cutting combination support for pillarless gob-side entry retaining was checking by combining conditions, such aspreset load, preset deformatio, ateral gangue pressure and loor specific pressure, which was Su ccessfully testing in Work Face 3101 of Laomupo Coal Mine. The conclusion indicated that the deformation value of the roof and floor could stayed within 225 mm, the d eformation value of two sides could stayed within 243 mm, the deformation speed could stayed within 1 mm/d. The field measured data indicated that this support meth od had a remarkable effect and strictly controlled the roof sink and provided enough support resistance. The research results can provide some useful experience for th e gob-side entry retaining work under the similar condition.
