霍林河褐煤及其热解焦油管式炉热解试验研究

Research on Pyrolysis Experiment of Huolinhe Lignite and Pyrolysis Tar Tube Furnace

  • 摘要: 为深入了解褐煤热解过程,并与霍林河褐煤的喷动载流床快速热解进行对比,对霍林河褐煤及其热解焦油进行了管式炉反应器热解试验研究,利用在线连接的傅里叶红外光谱仪对热解逸出的气体进行了检测。结果表明,霍林河褐煤的管式炉反应器中速热解与喷动载流床快速热解的变化规律基本相同,对于低温热解,煤粉粒径的影响更大。热解焦油的受热反应包括裂解和缩聚两部分,裂解反应生成了CO、CH4、H2等气体,而缩聚反应转化为炭黑,热解过程中焦油在600℃前所发生的二次反应较弱。

     

    Abstract: In order to deeply understand the pyrolysis process of the lignite and in comparison with the spouted bed rapid pyrolysis of the lignite, a research was co nducted on the tube reactor pyrolysis experiments with Huolinhe lignite and the pyrolysis tar.The on-line connected Fourier infrared spectrometer was applied to detect t he pyrolysis released gas.The results showed that the Huolinhe lignite rapid pyralysis in the tube reactor and the rapid pyrolysis in the spouted bed were basically the s ame in the variation law.When the low temperature pyrolysis applied, the particle diameter of the lignite powder would have high influences.The thermal reaction of the pyrolysis tar would include the cracking and condensation.With the cracking reaction, the pyrolysis tar would generate CO, CH4, H2 and other gas and with the condens ation reaction, the pyrolysis tar would be converted to carbon black.Before reached at 600。C, the tar in the pyrolysis process would have twice weak reactions.
