  • 摘要: 为解决巷道过复杂断裂带难以支护的问题,以开滦东欢坨矿为研究对象进行了巷道过复杂断裂带管棚支护技术研究,形成了管棚支护技术体系,得出了管棚工作室保护带厚度的计算方法与管棚钻孔布置方案。结果表明:通过采用破心干钻同心跟管钻进、花管护壁及变浓度注浆等综合技术,能够实现高水压、高地应力、易泥化复杂断裂带中的防突钻进与稳压注浆,为管棚支护巷道提供了安全保障。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the difficult support problem when mine roadway passing through complicated fractured zone, based on Kailuan Donghuantuo Mine as a study object, the pipe shield support technology of the mine roadway passing through the complicated fractured zone was conducted and a system of the pipe shield support technology was formed.A calculation method of the protection zone thickness above the pipe shield working room and the borehole pattern method of the pipe s hield were obtained.The results showed that with the coreless drilled dry concentric simultaneous casing dilling, punched pipe wall protection, high density grouting an d other comprehensive technology, outburst prevention drilling and stable pressurized grouting could be realized in the high water pressure, high geostress and easy m udding complicated fractured zone to provide a safety protection to the pipe shield support of the mine roadway.
