深井大断面沿空留巷分阶段底鼓特征分析

Analysis on floor heave features of large cross section gob-side entry retaining in deep mine

  • 摘要: 针对深井大断面沿空留巷底鼓剧烈,防控难度大,以顾桥煤矿1115(1)工作面地质条件为工程背景,利用FLAC3D三维数值模拟软件研究了深井大断面沿空留巷分阶段底鼓特征。研究结果表明:从开掘到报废留巷底鼓严重,掘巷阶段就产生较大的底鼓量,一次采动阶段底板变形继续增大,二次采动阶段底板变形更加剧烈,底鼓量累计超过1 000 mm,其中掘巷、一次采动及二次采动3个阶段的底鼓量分别达到总底鼓量的21%、32%、47%。一次采动影响下工作面前方30 m至工作面后方60m范围内巷道底鼓剧烈,应作为底鼓防治的重点区域。研究成果可为深井大断面沿空留巷底鼓防控提供指导。

     

    Abstract: According to the serious foor heave and dfficult prevention and control of the large crss section gob-side entry retaining in the deep mine,based on thegeological condtions of No.115(1) coal mining face in Gucia Mine as the engineering backgound aFLAC-numercal sirulation sofiware was appied to study thesectional foor heave featues of thelarge cross secion gob-side entr retaining in the dep mine.The studyresutis showed tht from the intital drving to the abandoned,he foor heave of thegateway retained was serious A serious foor heave was ocurred in the gateway driving stage. At the primary mining stage.the foor deformaton was coninuously increased.At the secondary mining stage .the foo defomation was more serious. The total foor heave value was over 1 @ m.Among the gataway drving ,rimary mining and secndary mining stages,the for heave value indiduallyreached the 21%,32% and 47 % of the total heavevalue.Uunder the infuencesof the prmary mining.the foor heave of th gatevay was serous from 30 m in front of thecoal mining face to 60 m at the rear of the coal mining face and those areas shoul be the key areas t prevent and control the foor heave. The study resuts could provde the guidance to prevent and control the foor heave of the large cross se:tion gob-side entry retaining in the deep mine.
