轴流式通风机叶片动频的获取方法
Method to Obtain Dynamic Frequency of Blade on Axial- Flow Type Ventilator

摘要: 在轴流式通风机叶片动频获取的过程中,由于2只叶尖定时传感器采样数据的欠采样和非均匀采样的特性,使得叶片动频的获取不能通过简单的傅里叶变换求得,因此提出通过对采样数据的插零、重采样处理,再利用傅里叶变换的性质得到差频,进而获得叶片动频的方法。为了验证该方法在轴流式通风机叶片测振上应用的可行性,针对某一型号的通风机,用软件模拟了叶片的振动信号,并用该方法对非均匀采样数据进行了处理,2只叶片动频的相对误差分别为0.05%和0.012%,表明该方法对于轴流式通风机叶片测振是可行的。Abstract: During the dynamic frequency obtaining process of the blade on the axial-flow type ventilator, due to the shortage sampling and inhomogeneous samplin g features of the sampling data by the timer sensors on the two blade tips, thus the blade dynamic frequency would not be obtained with the simple Fourier variation.Th erefore with the zero inserted in the sampling data and the re-sampling, the Fourier variation property could be applied to obtain the difference frequency and the metho d of the blade dynamic frequency could be obtained.In order to improve the feasibility of the method applied to the vibration measurement of the axial flow type ventilato r, according to a mode of the ventilator, a software was applied to simulate the vibration signals of the blade. The method was applied to treat the inhomogeneous sampl ing data. The relative error of the two blade dynamic frequency was 0.05% and 0.012% individually.Thus the method was feasible to the vibration measurement of the ax ial flow type ventilator.
