薄煤层M形工作面连续旋转开采技术

Technology of continuous rotation mining in M-shape working faceof thin coal seam

  • 摘要: 为解决不规则工作面难以布置长壁开采设备和实现高效开采的难题,以大社矿94064工作面为背景,应用数值模拟、理论分析等方法,对采场矿压显现和覆岩移动规律进行研究,开发了M形工作面连续旋转开采技术。研究结果表明,薄煤层野青灰岩顶板不破断,以连续缓慢下沉为主,提出了基于顶板连续缓慢下沉为主的“限定变形”顶板载荷估算方法;提出了针对M形工作面的开采工艺,工艺中续(减)支架、延长(缩短)刮板输送机、调斜比例控制、高档支护补充4个环节协调有机配合,使工作面多次连续大角度旋转,实现薄煤层M形工作面不搬家、不倒面直接推采的综采技术,节约了搬家倒面和新开切眼的经济成本。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of difficult to equipments which used in longwall mining and realize high efficiency mining in irregular working face,based on the background of No.94064 mining face in Dashe Mine,characteristics of strata behaviors and movement law of overlying strata are studied by numerical analysis,theoretical research and other methods.The M-shape working face continuous rotation mining technology is proposed. Research result shows that the Yeqing limestone roof of thin seam is mainly continuous and slow subsidence rather than broken. The roof loading estimation method based on roof continuous subsidence is proposed. The M-shape working face mining technique is proposed,which is coordinated and cooperated with four processes,including increasing (reducing) supports,prolong (shorten) scraper conveyor,the proportion of roll steering control,the supplements of high grade support. It makes the working face rotate in large angles for many times,and then realizes the fully-mechanized mining technology of the M-shape working face of thin coal seam without moving,which greatly saves the economic cost of moving and preparing new open-off cut,and prolongs the service of coal mine.
