高压变频技术在刮板输送机上的应用研究

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿刮板输送机维护工作量大,且不可长时间在低速模式下工作等现状,提出了变频器在刮板输送机上的应用技术与方案。通过对刮板输送机电动机电流的检测,实现了刮板输送机头机尾动态功率平衡,降低了电动机、链条与刮板的损坏概率。分析了刮板链条断链瞬间的电流及转速的变化过程,研究了变频器的断链保护功能。神东大柳塔煤矿52303综采工作面现场试验验证表明,变频器具备低速重载启动、断链保护、低速检修等功能,具有高效、节能、稳定性高等特点。

     

    Abstract: Based on lots of maintenance workload on scraper conveyor in coal mine, and it couldnDt work long hours in the low speed mode, the paper proposed th e application of technology and scheme of inverter in scraper conveyor. Through the detection of motor current of scraper conveyor, the paper realized the dynamic pow er balance, reduced the damage probability of the motor, the chain and scraper, analyzed the change process of the current and speed when scraper chain broken, and designed the protection function of frequency converter. Through the site test of No.52303 coal face in Shendong Daliuta Coal Mine, inverter which had the functions of low speed and heavy load start, broken chain protection, low maintenance and others, which had the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, high stability, and so on.
