Roof falling control technology of conveyor tail in fully-mechanized ultra high cutting coal mining face

摘要: 为了防治大柳塔煤矿52303大采高综采工作面机尾冒顶事故,采用理论分析、现场实测等方法分析了矿压显现异常、二次采动影响、推进速度慢、现场管理人员经验不足、过渡支架梁端距过大是52303工作面冒顶的主要原因,在此基础上提出采用马丽散材料加固煤壁及顶板、工作面冒顶较高区域充填罗克休材料、加强联络巷附近巷道支护等技术措施。现场应用结果表明:该措施及时改变围岩的松散结构,有效地防止了煤壁片帮和顶板冒落,提高煤岩体的整体强度,工作面推进过程中均未出现显著的冒顶、片帮事故,工作面顶板漏矸问题也得到了有效控制。Abstract: in order to prevention of a roo falling accident occured at the conveyortall in No.52303 ruly-mechanized high cutting coal mining face,a theoretcal analysis site measurement and other mefhods were applied to analyze the main causes of the roo falling in No.5203cal mining face The main causes were an abnormal mine strata behavior.second mining infuence. slow pushing forward speed ste managing personme with instfrisint experiences and bean end d istance too ong of he transtion powered support. Based on the circunstances Marthan materal was applied to reinforce the cal all and roofRfocil mateial was appied to backil hehigh roo fallig area in the coal mining face and the technical measues were appied to enhance thegateway support near theconection gateway. The ste applicaton resuts showed tat the technical measures tinmely to change the lose structure of the surounding ock could fectively resit the ceal all spaing and the rof illng and could improve the integrated strength of the coal nd rock. During the pushing forward pro.ess ofthecoal mining fac ,there were no obwious roo raing and spalling accident occurred and the waste rock leakage from the roof of the coal mining face was effectively controlled.
