老采空区地表残余变形分析与建筑地基稳定性评价

摘要: 为科学评价老采空区上方建筑地基的稳定性,分析了老采空区进入衰退期后概率积分参数的时变规律,根据地表移动观测站实测数据,建立了老采空区地表残余变形参数与地质、采矿条件之间的综合关系式,以预计时刻、最终稳定时刻的沉降变形预测值之差作为老采空区上方地表的残余沉降变形,并将其与建筑物临界变形值进行对比,进而评价老采空区上方建筑地基的稳定性。分析结果表明:采动程度越大,最大残余下沉系数和最大残余主要影响角正切越小;基岩采厚比越大,残余沉降变形过程持续时间越长;该地基稳定性评价方法顾及了老采空区充分活化时的极限沉降变形,评价结果满足建筑物对安全性的要求。Abstract: To evaluate the stability of buildings foundation above the old goaf,the time- varying laws of parameters of probability- integral method in the decline stage were analyzed; the relationship between the parameters of the surface residual deformation and its geological mining conditions was established according to the field data of the observation stations; finally,the surface residual deformation was gained by calculating the difference of prediction results between the forecasting date and the stabl e state,and the stability assessment conclusion about the old goaf buildings foundation was deduced via comparing the residual deformation with the critical buildings defor mation.The results showed that residual subsidence coefficient and the main influential angle tangent decreased with increasing the mining degree,and the duration of the r esidual subsidence increaseel with increasing the ratio of rock strata and mining thickness. The assessment method took the limit subsidence of the fully activated goaf int 0 account,and the conclusion could meet the requirements of building safety.
