特大综放工作面两柱掩护式支架适应性分析

Adaptability Analysis of Two-legs Shield Support in Ultra Large Fully-mechanized Caving Coal Face

  • 摘要: 为了研究两柱掩护式支架在特大综放工作面对顶板的控制效果,理论分析了综放两柱掩护式支架的控顶机理,建立两柱和四柱式支架前立柱倾角分别为85°和90°的数值模型,对比分析了不同类型支架对综放工作面顶板的控制效果。结果表明:因煤壁侧和支架侧顶板煤体的水平载荷不同,顶煤力学模型呈非对称冒落拱,且水平力指向煤壁方向时有利于顶煤的稳定;前立柱倾角为90°时,两柱和四柱式支架控顶性均不好,前立柱倾角为85°时,由于两柱式支架产生指向煤壁方向的水平力,使两柱支架支护效果明显好于四柱支架。

     

    Abstract: In order to research roof control effect of two-legs shield support in ultra large fully mechanized caving face, the paper theoretically analysed roof control mechanism of two-legs support, established the numerical model of two-legs and four-legs shield support that front column angle were 85°and 90°, contrastive analysed the roof control effect of different types support to fully-mechanized caving coal face. The results showed that mechanical model of top-coal was nonsymmetrical caving arch model result in the wall side and support side of roof coal in different horizontal load, and horizontal force pointed to the direction of the wall side was conducived t 0 top coal stability.The stabilization of both two-legs and four-legs shield support were not good under the front column angle was 90° .The stabilization of two-legs shiel d support was better than the four-legs shield support under the front column angle was 85° reslut in two-legs shield support produced greater horizontal force pointed t 0 the direction of the wall side.
