Development status and key technology of mine electric driving trackless transportation vehicles

  • 摘要: 针对矿用电动无轨运输车国内行业研究起步较晚,且研究方向主要集中在防爆锂电池运人车研究的情况,在总结国内外矿用电动无轨运输车辆发展现状的基础上,介绍了轻型车和重型车2种发展方向,并分析了轻型车相关的轻型电池技术、轻量化结构技术和防爆永磁电动机技术,以及重型车相关的整车技术、变频调速技术的特点和研究方向,最后对矿用电动无轨运输车辆在防爆电池技术、轻量化技术、节能技术等方面的发展方向进行展望。

     

    Abstract: According to a late domestic industrial study on the mine electric driving trackless transportation vehicle and the study orientation mainly on a mine explosio n proof lithium battery personnel transportation vehicle,the paper introduced a development status of the mine electric driving trackless transportation vehicles at home and abroad,summarized two development orientations of the lightweight vehicle and heavy duty vehicle and analyzed the features and key technology research orientation of th e lightweight battery technology,lightweight structure technology and explosion proof permanent magnet motor related to the lightweight vehicle as well as the complete ve hicle technology and frequency control technology related to the heavy duty vehicle. Finally,a forecast was provided on the development and technology breakthrough orien tation of the explosion proof battery technology,lightweight technology,energy saving technology and other aspects related to the mine electric driving trackless transportati on vehicle.
