化学阻化剂防治煤自燃及其阻化机理分析

Development Status and Tendency of Long Distance Local Ventilation Technology

  • 摘要: 为分析化学阻化剂防止煤自燃的阻化机理,选用质量分数为1%~20%的过硫酸钠阻化剂对煤样进行化学阻化处理,同时用清水处理的煤样作为参考。采用程序升温氧化法对煤样进行模拟氧化试验,从宏观上分析阻化前后煤样自燃特性的变化;用傅里叶红外光谱仪对煤样进行测试,从微观上分析阻化前后煤样主要活性基团的变化规律。综合分析得出:在低温阶段使用质量分数为5%的过硫酸钠阻化剂效果最好。过硫酸钠阻化剂可以促使煤中活性基团生成比较稳定的醚类、烷基类、羧酸类,可以有效防治煤自燃。

     

    Abstract: The paper stated the present common applied six long distance local ventilation technologies at home and abroad.Due to the ventilation relability and th e heading ventilation distance with no restriction, the paper pointed out that the double roadways simultaneous heading, the full ventilation pressure and the local ventil ator combined long distance local ventilation and the local ventilation technology to set up the ventilation reservoir would be the main technology of the long distance lo cal ventilation in the large coal mine.Under the certain conditions, the local ventilation with the borehole pilot ventilation would have good technical and economic benefi ts.With the leakage reduction and resistance reduction technology of the flexible duct further improved, within the heading distance less than 3 000 m, the forced local V entilation with large diameter flexible duct of a single ventilator, the interval series local ventilation of the ventilator and the ventilator parallel local ventilation technolog y would be the most common long distance local ventilation technology.
