基于DEM的振动筛振动参数对分层质量的影响

Influence of vibration parameters of vibration screen on quality of stratification based on DEM

  • 摘要: 为了更直观地研究振动筛的分层情况,提高振动筛的筛分效率和处理量,通过对比3种典型分层构型中各颗粒的分布情况,提出采用分层沉降系数评价分层质量。应用离散单元法(DEM)模拟分析了筛分过程,据此研究了振动频率、摆动频率、摆动角度、振动方向角、振幅等振动参数对颗粒筛分过程中分层沉降系数的影响。结果表明:振动频率为18 Hz,摆动频率为10 Hz,摆动角度为0.5°,振动方向角为36°,振幅为2.1 mm时,分层质量最好,此时的分层构型最利于筛分的进行。

     

    Abstract: In order to research the stratification more intuitively and improve the screening efficiency as well as capacity of vibrating screen, compared with the dist ribution of the particles for three kinds of typical stratification configurations, the paper proposed the stratification sedimentation coefficient to evaluate the quality of str atification. Using the discrete element method ( DEM) to simulate and analyze the screening process. The influence of vibration parameters ( vibration frequency, swing frequency, swing angle, vibration direction angle and amplitude) on the stratification sedimentation coefficient in the screening process was studied. The results show w hen the vibration frequency is 18 Hz, the swing frequency is about 10 Hz, the swing angle is about 0.5 degrees, the vibration direction angle is 36 degrees, and the amp litude is 2.1 mm, the quality of stratification is the best and the stratification configuration is the most suitable for the screening.
