煤矿巷道底板锚索孔反循环钻进试验研究

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿巷道底板锚索孔快速钻进的难题,分析了底板锚索孔压送反循环和泵吸反循环的钻进机理,得出泵吸反循环钻进通过泵的抽吸力将孔底钻渣通过钻杆中心通道排出,在理论和技术上是可行的。根据反循环钻进的作用机理,研制了一套反循环钻进机具,可进行压送反循环和泵吸反循环的钻进试验。现场试验表明,压送反循环由于孔壁与钻杆的密封问题,难以实现底板锚索孔的快速钻进;泵吸反循环在泵的抽吸力作用下,携带钻渣的冲洗液可以顺利排出孔外,实现了底板锚索孔的快速深孔钻进,且成孔质量高、作业环境好,是巷道底板锚索孔快速钻进的理想选择。

     

    Abstract: According to rapid drilling difficult problem of anchor borehole in floor of mine roadway,the paper analyzed drilling mechanism of anchor borehole with press urized pumping reverse circulation and pump suction reverse circulation and pump suction reverse circulation drilling with pump suction force to discharge slagging at bore hole bottom with central channel of drilling rod would be feasible theoretically and technically. Based on the function mechanism of reverse circulation drilling,a set of revers e circulation drilling tools was researched and developed and could make a drilling experiment of pressurized pumping reverse circulation and pump suction reverse circula tion.The site experiment showed that due to borehole wall and drilling rod sealing problems,the pressured pumping circulation would be hard to realize rapid drilling of anch or borehole in floor.Under suction force of pump,pump suction reverse circulation could make cutting flushing fluid successfully discharged from borehole and rapid deep b orehole drilling of anchor borehole could be realized. The high borehole completed quality and good operation environment would be ideal selection for rapid drilling of anc hor borehole in floor of mine roadway.
