采动影响下综放工作面端头围岩控制技术研究

Research on surrounding rock control technology of fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face end under mining influence

  • 摘要: 针对综放工作面端头顶角受采动影响发生片帮、冒顶事故,超前端头支架移架困难的问题。利用FLAC3D研究了综放工作面端头顶角处围岩破坏演化过程,提出了端头顶角处掏槽、补打加强锚索,改变端头顶角处围岩应力分布,将围岩应力集中区域向深部转移的方法,提高端头顶角处围岩稳定性。现场观测结果可知:未受采动影响时,应力集中区域位于端头顶角处,应力最大值为28.9MPa;受到采动影响时,端头顶角处围岩应力集中区域向浅部转移,围岩得不到有效控制,发生片帮、冒顶现象;进行掏槽、补打加强锚索后,端头顶角处应力集中区域向深部转移,围岩得到控制。研究结果表明:对端头顶角处围岩掏槽、补打加强锚索,能够避免端头顶角受采动影响时发生片帮、冒顶,保证超前端头支架的顺利推移。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of influence of mining head at the top of fully-mechanized caving face that appeared rib spalling ,roof fall accident and advanced terminals support difficult to move.Using FLAC3D to study the failure process of the surrounding rock at the top of the fully-mechanized caving face .A method is put forward to reinforce the anchor rope and to change the stress distribution of the surrounding rock at the face end terminals.The method transferred stress concentration area of surrounding rock to the deep part and promoted surrounding rock stability at the head of face end.Field observation results show that when the surrounding rock is not influenced by mining, the stress concentration region is located at the top corner of the face end.The maximum stress is 28.9 MPa; when the surrounding rock is influenced by mining, the stress concentration area of the surrounding rock is transferred to the shallow part at the apex angle of the tunnel.The surrounding rock can not be effectively controlled and appeared rib spalling and roof fall accident; after under holed and reinforced the anchor rope, the stress concentration area is transferred to the deep part at the top roof corner of the face end.The surrounding rock is effectively controlled.The study results shows that using the method of under holed and reinforced the anchor rope at terminals head can avoid rib spalling, roof fall accident when the surrounding rock is influenced by mining.It ensured the favorable movement of leading face end support.
