Pressure Stabilization Technology of High Pressure and High Flow Emulsion Pump Station

  • 摘要: 针对千万吨级综采工作面高压、大流量乳化液泵站压力脉动大及压力难以控制等问题,介绍了在机械、液压、电控方面所采取的多重措施,如:改用双增压泵、电磁-机械卸载、压力缓冲和基于模糊算法的压力控制策略等,保障了高压乳化液在设定压力范围的±0.5 MPa以内的持续稳定供给。

     

    Abstract: According to the high pressure pulsation and pressure difficult control problem of the high pressure and high flow emulsion pump station for the fully mec hanized coal mining face with an annual production of 10 million t, the paper introduced the multi measures of mechanical, hydraulic and electric control, including the d ouble boost pump, electromagnetic-mechanic unloading, pressure buffering and pressure control strategy based on the fuzzy algorithm. Thus a sustainable stable suppl y of the high pressure emulsion could be ensured within +0.5 MPa of the rated pressure range.
