Abstract:
In order to optimize the land and pond layout for concurrent mining and reclamation (CMR),improve reclaimed farmland rate and decrease reclamation cost,four influence factors of land and pond layout for CMR were analyzed according to the technological thought of CMR and coal mining subsidence feature. Then determinate method of it was established based on approaching algorithm from basin center to edge. In the end, one coal mine with high groundwater table in Huainan, Anhui province was selected as an example to verify the method. The result showed that this determinate method of land and pond layout for CMR was simple and feasible. In contrast with traditional reclamation, it could improve farmland reclamation rate by 17.48%, which would better protect farmland and food security. Moreover, contrast with the land and pond layout after moving pond to left edge of subsidence basin, the final land and pond layout for CMR could reduce about 13.40% of filling earth work from out of reclamation region, which would save reclamation cost greatly.
