大埋深强突出三软煤层快速揭煤防突技术

  • 摘要: 针对新义煤矿二1煤层突出危险性大的问题,通过分析石门揭煤工作面各种防突技术措施的优缺点,采取巷旁截流、巷内交叉钻孔抽放结合短导硐震动爆破的措施快速揭开严重突出三软煤层。结果表明:经过40 d的抽放后,揭煤工作面瓦斯抽放率达到34.6%;揭煤前原始瓦斯含量为6.37~12.84 m3/t,采取集中抽放的防突措施后,残存瓦斯含量为6.50~8.00 m3/t;揭煤前防突措施效果检验中揭煤工作面钻屑瓦斯解吸指标Δh2最大值为80 Pa。由以上测试指标可看出,采用严重突出三软煤层快速揭煤技术后揭煤工作面的突出危险性已消除。震动爆破揭煤后瓦斯体积分数最大值仅0.04%,安全顺利地揭露了二1煤层。

     

    Abstract: According to the high outburst dangerproblem in No.B1 seam in Xinyi Mine, with the analysis on the advantage and disadvantage of the different outburs t prevention technical measures for the seam opening working face at the crosscut, the side cut-off of the gateway, the cross borehole gas drainage in the gateway with the standing blasting in the short pilot chamber were applied to rapidly open the three soft seam with serious outburst. The results showed that with 40 days gas drainag e operation, the gas drainage rate of the seam opening working face was reached to 34.6%. Before the seam opened, the previous gas content was 6.3712.84 m3/t.After the outburst prevention measures with the centralized gas drainage conducted, the residual gas content value would be 6.508.00 m3/t.Before the seam opened, the out burst prevention measures effect inspected the drilling cutting gas desorption index Oh2 of the seam opening working face and the max value was 80 Pa.The above me asured index could show that after the rapid seam opening technology applied in the three soft seam with serious outburst, the outburst danger of the seam opening wo rking face was eliminated. After the standing blasting applied to the seam opening, the max value of the gas volume fraction would be only 0.04% and the No.B1 seam W as safety and successfully opened.
