新型煤用捕收剂PCF捕收性能试验研究

Experiment Study on Capture Performance of New Coal Capturer PCF

  • 摘要: 为改善煤泥浮选效果,降低煤泥浮选药剂消耗量,采用浮选药剂实验室对比试验的方法,对新型煤用捕收剂PCF的捕收性能、用量及浮选速度进行了试验。结果表明:采用PCF作为捕收剂,与煤油和柴油相比,在精煤灰分相近条件下可使浮选药剂耗量降低45.45%~60.45%,精煤产率提高1.65%~4.34%,尾煤灰分提高1.50%~1.66%,可燃体回收率提高1.95%~4.95%;在相同的药剂用量条件下可使精煤产率提高13.25%~23.61%,可燃体回收率提高13.95%~26.59%,且浮选速度快,故PCF可作为高效捕收剂推广使用。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the floatation effect of the slime and to reduce the consumption of the slime floatation agent, a lab comparison experiment method of the floatation agent was applied to the experiment on the capture performances, consumption and floatation speed of the new coal capturer PCF.The results showed th at in comparison with the kerosene and diesel oil, with the application of the PCF as the consumption of the floatation agent could be reduced by 45.45%60.45% at the similar ash content of cleaned coal.The clean coal production rate could be improved by 1.65%4 .34%, the ash content of the tailings would be increased by 1.50%1 .6 6% and the recovery rate of the combustible mass could be increased by 1.95%4. 95%. Under the condition of the same agent consumption, the clean coal production co uld be improved by 13.25%23.61%, the recovery rate of the combustible mass could be improved and the floatation speed could be improved.Therefore, the PCF could be a high efficient capture for application.
