掘进设备内喷雾技术研究现状

Research status on internal spraying technology of gateway driving equipment

  • 摘要: 针对掘进工作面粉尘控制困难和内喷雾技术应用受限的现状,进行了掘进设备内喷雾技术研究。调研了国内外掘进设备内喷雾技术的应用现状,指出限制内喷雾技术推广应用的原因有喷嘴易堵、水封易漏、维护困难等。从水封结构、流道设计、扇形喷雾特性、喷雾参数、喷嘴排布5个方面总结了内喷雾关键技术进展,指出了内喷雾技术存在的问题主要是水封难实现长效密封、流道制造工艺难保证、喷嘴易堵与喷雾压力的矛盾性。同时建议开展内喷雾关键技术攻关,解决内喷雾技术面临的瓶颈问题,提高内喷雾系统可靠性。

     

    Abstract: According to the dust control difficultyt of the driving face and the application limit status of the internal spraying technology, a study on the internal spray ing technology of the driving equipment was conducted.An application status on the internal spraying technology of the driving equipments at home and abroad was inv estigated. The paper pointed out that the causes to limit the promotion and application of the internal spraying technology would be the nozzle easy to be jammed, the w ater seal easy to be leakage, difficult maintenance and others.From the water seal structure, flow channel design, fan type spraying features, spraying parameters and nozzle layout, the paper summarized the key technology progress of the internal spraying and pointed out that the problems existed in the internal spraying technology were the water seal hard to realize the long term sealing, the flow channel manufacturing technology hard to be guaranteed and the contradiction between the nozzle e asy to be jammed and the spraying pressure.Meanwhile the paper proposed that the internal spraying technology breakthrough conducted could solve the bottleneck pr oblem of the internal spraying technology and could improve the relability of the internal spraying system.
