Design and Application of Valve Controlled Speed Regulating Hydraulic Coupling in Wutongzhuang Mine .

  • 摘要: 根据对梧桐庄矿四采区下山带式输送机的设计和工程实践,探讨了复杂工况下强力带式输送机驱动方式选择时应考虑的因素;对现阶段国内外主要使用的CST、阀控调速型液力偶合器、变频调速3种软驱动方式的优缺点进行了详细比选;认为阀控调速型液力偶合器可以满足大功率、长距离、复杂带式输送机驱动要求,实践证明其在控制启动加速度和启动力矩、自动功率平衡、散热等方面表现优良。

     

    Abstract: According to the design and project practices of the belt conveyor in a dip of No.4 mining block in Wutongzhuang Mine, the paper had a discussion on th e factors considered in the driving method selection of the powerful belt conveyor under the complicated performances.A detail comparison and selection was conducte d on the advantages and disadvantages of the CST, valve controlled speed regulating hydraulic coupling and frequency converted control soft driving modes available a pplied at home and abroad.The paper held that the valve controlled speed regulating hydraulic coupling could meet the driving requirements of the large power, long dis tance and complicated belt conveyor.The practices showed that the control start accelerated speed, start torque, automatic power balance, heat radiation and others we re excellent.
