煤体爆破漏斗的试验研究

  • 摘要: 通过相似材料配比试验得到煤体相似材料及4组配比关系,根据配比制作煤体模型进行爆破漏斗试验。对爆破漏斗半径、可见爆后漏斗深度和爆破体积爆破漏斗参数等试验数据进行分析,得到了相同药量和埋深下,一般煤体(第Ⅱ组)较岩体(第Ⅰ组)容易爆破、不同药量和埋深下煤体爆破漏斗特性曲线及其关系式,1—4组爆破最佳埋深分别为0.092、0.096、0.094和0.100m。试验结果可为煤体爆破作用研究和煤体中爆破参数合理选择提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the similar materials of coal and the blending ratio relationships of four groups obtained from the blending experiments of the similar materials, bas ed on the coal model established with the blending ratio for the blasting cone experiment, the analysis was conducted on the blasting cone radius, the visible blasted Co ne depth, the blasting volume, the blasting cone parameters and other experiment data.With the same explosive dosage and depth, the general coal would have the mo re easy blasting than the rock body (No. I group) .With the different explosive dosage and depth, the feature curve and relationship formula of the coal body blasting co ne was obtained.The optimized depths of No.1- 4 group blasting would be 0.092 m, 0.096 m, 0.094 m, 0.100 m individually.The experiment results could be references to the research on coal body blasting role and the rational selection of the coal body blasting parameters.
