矿用防爆柴油机增压中冷技术应用试验研究

Application and experiment study on turbocharged and inter-cooling technology of mine flame proof diesel engine

  • 摘要: 针对朔州东坡煤矿某型防爆柴油发动机出现的动力不足及冒黑烟的问题,将增压中冷技术应用在原TY6100Q型自然吸气防爆柴油机上,并进行了台架试验。试验结果表明,应用增压中冷技术后的防爆柴油机标定功率增加了46%;有害尾气CO、NOx、HC排放量最大降幅分别为85.7%、73.3%、77.3%,烟度最大降幅为70.7%;防爆柴油机表面温度略有升高,但仍满足MT 990—2006《矿用防爆柴油机通用技术条件》的要求,解决了该防爆柴油发动机的动力性不足和有害尾气排放差的问题。

     

    Abstract: According to a power insufficient and black smoke problems occurred in a mine flame proof diesel engine in Shuozhou Dongpo Mine,a turbocharged and int er-cooling technology was applied to a previous TY6100 Q mode natural aspiration mine flame proof diesel engine and a bench test was conducted. The test results showe d that after the application of the turbocharged and inter-cooling technology,a calibrated power of the mine flame proof diesel engine was improved by 46%. Harmful gas C O,NOxand HC emission values were highly reduced by 85.7%,73. 3% and 77. 3% individually. A smoke intensity was highly reduced by 70. 7%. A surface temperature of t he mine flame proof diesel engine was slightly increased,but could meet the requirements of MT 990- -2006 General Technical Conditions of the Mine Flame Proof Diesel E ngine. The power insufficient and poor harmful gas emission problems of the mine flame proof diesel engine were solved.
