智能化煤矿大数据平台架构及数据处理关键技术研究

  • 摘要: 随着煤矿智能化技术深度推进,其数据量级及类型均呈爆炸式增长,利用大数据技术针对煤矿多源海量数据进行集成分析与数据价值挖掘,实现动态诊断与辅助决策,成为煤矿智能化的关键。煤矿大数据平台向下实现多源异构感知数据的接入、集成和融合,向上为各种煤矿智能化应用提供数据服务,打通感知数据和数据智能应用之间的屏障,是煤矿智能化运行的基础。本文针对当前煤矿大数据平台建设初级阶段缺乏成熟建设体系的现状,在分析煤矿大数据数据来源、数据特征以及处理要求的基础上,提出由数据接入层、数据存储层、数据资产管理层、数据服务层构成的煤矿大数据集成分析平台技术架构;系统研究数据接入与存储系统,主数据管理系统及数据服务系统等大数据平台关键系统,从而建立大数据平台基础框架,为大数据融合分析处理提供基础数据与资源能力;针对煤矿大数据处理要求,研究数据获取与数据标准管理,提出基于位号的煤矿数据编码标准,实现煤矿数据标准化管理,并在此基础上研究数据集成与数据治理技术与数据可视化技术,实现数据全生命周期管理;研究提出基于循环神经网络的数据预测及基于知识工程的态势感知与推理等基于人工智能的处理算法实现数据纵向和横向的智能化分析。以陕煤张家峁煤矿及延长石油巴拉素煤矿为代表进行大数据平台建设与工程实践,为建设智能化煤矿大数据平台,构建煤矿数据生态提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: With the deep advancement of coal mine intelligent technology, the data volume and types are exploding.Using big data technology for coal mine multi-source massive data integration analysis and data value mining to achieve dynamic diagnosis and auxiliary decision-making become the key of smart coal mine.Coal mine big data platform on one hand realized the function of access, integration and fusion for multi-source heterogeneous sensing data, on the other hand provided the data service for all kinds of coal mine intelligent APP, which opened the barrier between perceptual data and data intelligent application.The coal mine big data platform has become the foundation of smart coal mine.In view of the current lack of a mature construction system in the initial stage of coal mine big data platform construction, on the basis of analyzing the data sources, data characteristics and processing requirements of big data in coal mines,this paper put forward the technical framework of coal mine big data integration analysis platform which consists of data service system, data access and storage system, master data management system and data service system and other key systems of big data platform, so as to establish a big data platform basic framework to provide basic data and resource capability for big data fusion analysis and processing.Furthermore, according to the requirement of coal mine big data processing, this paper studied data acquisition and data standard management, put forward coal mine data coding standards based on bit numbers, which realized the coal mine data standardization management, and then the data integration and data management technology and the data visualization technology were studied to achieve data full life cycle management.The artificial intelligence-based processing algorithm such as data prediction based on cyclic neural network and situation perception and reasoning based on knowledge engineering were presented.The construction and engineering practice of big data platform were carried out with in Zhangjiamao Coal Mine of Shaanxi Coal Group and Balasu Coal Mine of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum, which provided technical reference for the construction of intelligent coal mine big data platform and the construction of coal mine data ecology.
