煤矿井下1140V中压三电平变频器的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Three Level Converter for 1140 V Medium Voltage in Underground Mine

  • 摘要: 为实现目前国内外煤矿井下变频器在660/1 140 V电压等级的应用,采用二极管箝位式三电平变换器结构,设计了能量双向传输的变频器。讨论了变频器的各部分电路的设计,计算系统各部分的参数,介绍所用到元件的选型方法。基于以上研究方法用Matlab仿真软件进行了仿真分析,最后搭建了原理样机和产品样机。结果表明研究的此中压大功率三电平四象限变频器,以其优良的性能可以广泛地应用于煤矿井下各种生产环节。

     

    Abstract: In order to have the frequency converter applied to 660/1 140 V voltage in the underground mine at home and abroad, the diode position grabbing type t hree level switcher structure was applied to design the energy bidirectional transfer converter.The paper had a discussion on each circuit design of the converter and ea ch part parameters of the computer system. The paper introduced the selection method of the elements applied.Based on the above research method, the Matlab simula tion software was applied to the simulation analysis and finally the principle prototype and the product prototype was established.The results showed that the researche d medium pressure high power three level four quadrant converter with the excellent performances could be widely applied to each production cycle in the underground mine.
