矿井提升机远程监控及故障诊断系统设计

  • 摘要: 为保证矿井提升机运行正常及其故障诊断的及时、准确、可靠,提出了提升机系统基于远程监控的故障诊断解决方案。系统设计采用视窗控制中心SIMATIC WinCC组态软件、Visual BASIC6.0、SQL Server2000和Office Excel,通过提升机故障诊断专家系统实施远程监控及故障诊断,将独立的提升机故障诊断系统融入到煤矿数字信息网中,形成统一协调的运作机制,实现了远程在线诊断功能,满足快速故障诊断和维修等方面的要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the normal operation of the mine hoist and to ensure the fault diagnosis timely, accurately and reliably, the fault diagnosis solution of t he hoist system based on the remote monitoring and control was provided.The system was designed with a SIMATIC WinCC configuration software of the windows cont rol center, Visual BASIC6.0, SQL Server2000 and Office Excel.With the fault diagnosis expert system of the mine hoist, the remote monitoring and control and the fault diagnosis was conducted.A independent fault diagnosis system of the mine hoist was integrated in the mine digital information network to form a general coordinated op eration mechanism. Thus a remote on-line diagnosis function could be realized and the requirements of the rapid fault diagnosis, maintenance and others could be met.
